Business listings, descriptions, contact details, service areas, hours, photos, documents, and other information may be provided by business owners, representatives, public sources, or third-party sources. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and currency of information they submit or request to display.

VanIsleLocal™ is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unlawful information submitted by business owners, representatives, users, or third parties.

VanIsleLocal™ does not guarantee quality of work, workmanship, punctuality, availability, response time, professionalism, licensing status, insurance status, credentials, regulatory compliance, suitability, results, or customer satisfaction. No guarantee of rates, fees, or amounts charged is made.

Listing a business, displaying a business profile, allowing a business to activate a listing, accepting business documents, or including a business in editorial content does not mean VanIsleLocal™ endorses, recommends, guarantees, certifies, approves, or warrants that business. VanIsleLocal™ does not independently verify licences, insurance, credentials, or regulatory standing.

Users are responsible for checking licences, insurance, credentials, references, quotes, contracts, safety requirements, availability, and suitability before hiring any business. Always verify these details directly with the business and the relevant regulator.

VanIsleLocal™ may link to third-party websites. VanIsleLocal™ is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, policies, services, or actions.

Users and businesses may submit information, forms, descriptions, images, documents, corrections, or messages. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to submit the content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

VanIsleLocal™ may edit, reject, remove, hide, or update listings, content, submissions, images, links, or business information at its discretion for clarity, safety, relevance, suitability, legal, editorial, or platform-quality reasons.

The following are prohibited on VanIsleLocal™:

• False or misleading claims
• Fabricated review content, ratings, badges, or testimonials
• Fabricated credentials or awards
• Unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Spam, malware, or impersonation
• Privacy or intellectual property violations
• Adult, illegal, or harmful content
• Unsupported superiority claims (e.g. "#1", "best", "guaranteed")

Business listing activation unlocks profile, contact, and business tools where available. Activation does not buy Top 10 ranking, endorsement, guaranteed leads, guaranteed sales, guaranteed visibility, or guaranteed outcomes.

Top 10 / Top 12 lists are editorial and cannot be purchased. Listing activation, membership investment, sponsorship, paid visibility, and QuoteFlow™ access do not influence Top 10 ranking.

Where available, QuoteFlow™ helps route project or request information to participating providers. VanIsleLocal™ does not guarantee provider availability, response time, project quality, or outcome, and makes no guarantee about rates or fees quoted by providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VanIsleLocal™ is not liable for losses, damages, disputes, poor service, missed appointments, project delays, defective work, disagreements over rates or fees, failed communications, misinformation, business conduct, or third-party actions arising from use of the site. The site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Users and business owners agree to indemnify VanIsleLocal™ for claims arising from their submissions, misuse of the site, inaccurate information, unlawful content, business conduct, or breach of these Terms.

VanIsleLocal™ may update the site, features, listings, policies, membership terms, or these Terms at any time. The current version on this page is the version that applies.
